Has its own garden and children's playground. 5 min walking from a supermarket and a restaurant by the beach. 5 min drive from the Boğaz harbour which has many seaside restaurants. 25 min drive from Ancient Ruins of Salamis, 30 min drive from Famagusta City and short drive to Karpas Peninsula. All utility bills (electricity, water and wi-fi) are included in the price. The space Guests can enjoy walks near the crystal clear sea during both the day and night time, as the holiday site, as well as the area around it is very secure. They can enjoy the sunset and sunrise while listening to the sound of waves hitting the shore, while they are sitting at the balconies of the house. The unique location and quiet surroundings of the house also provide a productive atmosphere for an artist, composer or a writer to spend long vacations in an ideal setting to pursue their work. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house and use the facilities of the holiday site whenever they wish. Other things to note Towels and linens are provided, with welcoming appetizers and refreshments. All rooms have air conditioners. The pool is open and cleaned from June to August. However, the pool is closed from the beginning of September to the end of May. The sea is open for swimming throughout the year.
