Bedroom number one has one set of double bunk beds, number two has a queen bed, and number three has a queen bed. Newly remodeled bathroom with tub and shower unit. Picnic area with grill outside screened porch overlooking beach. Approximately 100 feet from lake. Part of a 3-plex unit. Note: monthly rentals only available mid-October - April. Security deposit is required. The space 600 feet of lake frontage on beautiful Spider Lake, an all sports lake with 3 islands. Water trampoline, kayaks, paddle boat and row boats available for use. Bridge to island with Tiki Bar; spacious beach for lounging. Lake side fire-pit. Available activities include basketball/tennis court, horse shoes and badmitten. Guest access 1 of 7 cottages on over 7 wooded acres with shared beach access. Other things to note This cottage is the lower unit of a 3-plex. There are 3 separate cottages in one-building so each cottage is completely private. You can rent one unit or all three. Two sets of towels are provided per cottage. Guests normally bring their own extra towels, if you need extra we can provide but there is an additional charge.
