Luxury 2 bedroom cottage in quiet location close to the beach and town centre in the beautiful coastal town of North Berwick. Having just competed a major renovation and extension, the property now offers stunning modern accommodation. The cottage is Ideal for couples, families and small golfing groups. Accommodates up to 5 guests comfortably. We also offer self serve suppers for groups of min 4 guests. ( Additional details below ) The space The downstairs now offers fantastic open plan living, dining and kitchen, with bi fold doors that open up onto private enclosed garden with patio. The kitchen is fully fitted, and has a large breakfast bar with seating. Living area has 2 sofas, coffee table and top of the range TV / sound system. Sky tv included. Log effect gas fire. Dining table to seat 4 Downstairs w/c First floor - Master bedroom with stunning south facing balcony. 2 zip and link beds which can be made up as a super king or 2 singles. Additional single bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds Bathroom with large shower, w/c and wash basin. Gas BBQ available upon request There is off road parking for 1 Vehicle subject to availability as this is shared with our B&B guests. If the car park is full there is also plenty on street parking with no restrictions. Guest access Guests have entire cottage with its own entrance and garden. There is off road parking avaliable for 1 vehicle. Other things to note We offer self serve suppers for groups of min 4 guests, delivered at a pre-arranged time to the Cottage.
