South Shore by the Beach

This cute 3 bedroom home is just 3 blocks from the beach on the south shore! Very quiet and relaxing part of town, with multiple rooms to host a group up to 9 people. The space Includes Netflix, internet, HDTV, Xbox, Blu-Ray player, movies, games, and washer/dryer. Please note, there is no cable tv service, but there is a Netflix subscription that is free to use. Guest access Check in is available anytime after 4:00PM, and the front door is controlled by electronic keypad. Other things to note The City of Seaside is very strict regarding parking for Vacation Rentals. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles, and there is no street parking allowed.
