Please clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware that you used. It will be a great help for us. Kindly switch off the lights, A/C (Air conditioner) or water faucet when its not in use or when leaving the unit. I'll highly appreciate your help and cooperation to save energy and protect our environment. Strictly no pets allowed. No parties or no overnight guests without previous approval from your host. If you have visitors coming for few hours, that’s fine but keep it small and don’t be loud. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This is a completely NO NO in our place. If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. This one is a no-brainer. No smoking – also don't discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. They get stinky. You can smoke all you want in the designated smoking area downstairs. Trash – Please throw your trash in the trash bins provided. If the trash bin is full, please tie and close the full trash bag and replace it with a new one. You can either set aside the full trash bag or throw it downstairs by the dumpster. Leave the keys in the apartment and lock the door when checking out. Please don’t take the keys with you.
