Noris is here to be your personal chef for evening meals. Dine by the pool,garden or veranda Join in our morning yoga classes by the pool . Simply spoil yourself. The space Just 5 minutes from Majorda Beach near the rice fields are 3 spacious studios are under one roof each with a separate entrance . Situated at the side of the main house ,sharing private grounds with our family,and a small pool,along with a designer BBQ at the poolside ,sunbeds, chairs and table ,and a large umbrella.This is all shared with our family ,me, my hubby and our daughter plus 3 Labradors and a cat . The dogs are in a gated area and are not allowed near the studios, the cat on the other hand has no boundaries and will pay you a visit ! The interior is fully furnished with queen size beds.wardrobe , night table & bistro style table and chairs inside. The large shared veranda with Rattan furniture overlooks the garden ,pool & rice fields. The kitchenette is light wood and granite counter top, built in mini fridge, built in 2 burner gas stove, drawers & cupboards, including all utensils ie. pots, crockery, cutlery and a water purifier. Shared washing machine is available in a separate laundry room with a dryer ( Monsoon only),each studio is provided with drying racks . A spacious elegant fully tiled bathroom with washbasin and vanity unit underneath for all toiletries, oval mirror, double towel rack (towels provided), shower,and a tiled bench for sitting . Water is Solar heated and plentiful. There's a wall mounted LCD TV, Cable and air-conditioning with remotes. Wi-Fi is available We are a strictly "NO SMOKING" zone . Floors are cleaned regularly by our housemaid . Cleaning liquid and clothes are provide in each studio, and cleaning equipment in the storage room on the veranda,for your convenience to use at any time. Bed linen and towels including pool side towels and beach towels are provide and laundered. Trash is separated : wet/dry ,plastic/glass and disposed of accordingly This is a place of tranquility ,and safe for the single traveler. We are situated away from the main tourist belt in South Goa ,but close enough to cycle to great beaches . The beach shacks serve the tastiest food ,relax on a sunbed under the shade of coconut leafed umbrella. Buses do go to all outlying villages,a 10 minute walk to the bus stop . Scooter hire is available from a local company,and we have cycles and a car for hire too. You do need a valid International driving license. There is a lively night life ,plenty of restaurants. There are many interesting sights ,architecture ,nature walks etc.. Monsoon season is so beautiful and there are many trekking clubs where you can go off on a monsoon hike . Our place is unique in the sense that the grounds are in a corner of paradise ,with it's lush green gardens an abundance of coconut trees,mango and star fruit,It also attracts many bird species.We have great unobstructed views over the rice fields ,a beautiful sunset by the pool ,and can watch the buffaloes go home . Guest access Spacious lush gardens and pool area and large shared veranda. Pool area has table & chairs plus sunbeds. Gates are situated by the pool,along the drive and at the rear, keeping the dogs inside their own private boundary (they do not go swimming !) Other things to note Yoga class on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 8:30-9:30 am ( or more on demand) with Dr. Prafullata Rajput , who is an Ayurvedic Doctor .
