Welcome to our comfy duplex in the heart of West Town, Chicago! This spacious and artist-inspired home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience for your Windy City getaway. The space This duplex encompasses two areas of our building, which is great for groups that are looking to have some time together, yet also have some quiet time when needed! Being located in the rear of the building makes our space ideal for some quiet time when returning from city excursions. The kitchen areas are updated with ample space to prepare meals and dine or enjoy some of the neighborhood's offerings. The living room area has a record player, smart tv, and vented gas fireplace in the upper area for getting cozy. There is an outdoor back deck is a lovely area to sit and look at the skyline as well as a small patio outside of the lower level. Relax and rest in one of the three bedrooms equipped with fresh clean linens and lots of pillows for a good night's sleep! You will also have access to three full bathrooms for lots of space to get ready for your evenings out in the city! Other things to note Please note there is no door on the second bedroom on the upper level, however there is a curtain for privacy. The small laundry room is located within that second bedroom. The upper space is located on part the 3rd and 4th floor of the building sp please note that there are stairs to access part of this space. We encourage prospective guests to inquire with any questions before booking as this is a unique space! *Please note that we do not accept bookings that are longer than five nights from January 1st through April 15th.
