Cozy chalet with fabulous view on Lake Geneva

The chalet with amazing views over Lake Geneva is situated in the private Residence of Grand Roc in the Haute Savoie, French Alps. You have not only stunning views on the lake, but also on the impressive mountains and the city of Lausanne. The wooden beam constructions in the chalet gives it a cozy atmosphere and the layout is surprising because the 4-floors are half a floor height (split level). The cozy and new furnished chalet can accommodate 6 people. The space A large bedroom of 32m2 is located on the ground floor. This bedroom is equipped with high sleep beds and one single bed and can accommodate 4 people. On the ground floor are the kitchen, a toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is located above the living room and has an ensuite bathroom. The living room has a fireplace, and the kitchen is connected to the dining area via a hatch (very practical). In addition, in summer you have a terrace, accessible via an outside staircase under the chalet. The chalet is located at the end of the road (the residence is a dead end) and the access to house is by a small path and stairs, not accessible to cars. You need to walk down 2 minutes from the parking lot to reach the chalet. It is easy to park in the residence, the chalet has a reserved parking space. There are sufficient parking places around the residence. In the summer Thollon area is great hiking area, you can also enjoy the (free) swimming pool of Grand Roc (open in July and August) and you can visit to the lake and Switzerland, either by boat or with the car. Shops and various restaurants are located in Thollon Mémises. Evian les Bains is 12 km from Thollon les Memises.
