Guest access ✅ Guest Access and limitations Self-check-in available You will have access to the entire condo except for a few closets which are locked and a kitchen cupboards that is locked. Do not attempt to force it open as it is locked from the inside. Please note that the default bed setup is 2 guests per queen bed to accommodate 8 guests. If you are 8 guests or less and would like the sofa-beds setup, please contact us before booking. Bed setup fees may apply. Sofa beds WILL NOT be available if a request is not made and approved before booking. A $250 CAD cleaning fee is due upon arrival at the property. This fee is not collected by Airbnb and will not be displayed in your transaction history on Airbnb since we are the merchant of record. Message us if you need a receipt for business expenses. 🕓 Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability only. An additional fee of $58 CAD per 2-hour block (either check-in or check-out) will be requested through Airbnb. We cannot be held responsible if someone parks there illegally. The parking space is offered free of charge and is not included in the reservation payment. Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s sole risk in all respects. We will not accept liability for any theft or loss of, or damage, howsoever caused, to vehicles, accessories or contents incurred on the premises. Please note that Montreal has been experiencing high levels of auto theft. We strongly recommend bringing an anti-theft device for your vehicle. If we lend you one, please be aware that we cannot be held liable should it malfunction.
