The space This stunning one bedroom self catering cottage was created from a barn conversion and is designed to be a home away from home including a dedicated laptop area. We have also added a new decking area with rattan garden furniture, perfect for sitting outside in the summer evenings. All the amenities and comforts you could wish for and situated on the Lyme Bay coast for easy access to all the attractions of the area and the amazing coastline. You will also receive a locally sourced Welcome Pack to get your stay of to a yummy start! You are welcome to bring your own BBQ's but you must only use them on the gravel, NOT on the decking or grass. And with a self check-in, you can arrive at a time to suit you (after 3.00 pm). Please note, there is only ONE standard double bed. The settee is NOT a sofa bed. Guest access Each cottage has a parking space. The cottages are accessed via a private drive. The cottage is located on the A35 with easy access from the bottom of the garden to a bus stop just a stones throw away. Other things to note Some muffled traffic noise can be heard at some times of the day when sitting in the garden, this has been more evident in 2021 due to the boom in the Staycation. However, the traffic noise can not be heard inside the cottage and certainly does not effect guests sleep.
