Northstar: Skiing/Pool - Newly Renovated

We invite you to our newly renovated mountain modern home at Northstar. This unique property is located minutes away from the Northstar village. Skiing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, swimming, and more are right outside the doorstep. Only 13 minute drive to the lake. This townhome was fully renovated in July 2021 and is luxuriously outfitted from top to bottom. The home features (2) patios, Sonos surround system, wood flooring , and more. We welcome you to our warm and inviting mountain getaway. The space Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. (2 Cal King Beds with Casper mattresses and (4) twin Beds in Bunk Room). 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bath. Home is divided into three floors. The bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floors. The middle level is dedicated to the kitchen, living room and dining room and features a large vaulted ceiling with an Antler Chandelier. We also have a pack and play for one toddler/baby. Guest access There is a large parking lot for Guest Parking. You can park for the duration of your stay, but please make sure to place a guest parking pass on your dashboard. The unit is on a hill and you will need to walk up steps to access the unit. Other things to note Recreation: • There are many recreational activities for you to enjoy during your stay: golf, tennis, basketball, Pickleball, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, roller and ice skating, fishing and mountain biking. • The Northstar recreation center is available to our guests for a daily fee of $10/guest (paid at entry) and includes 10 tennis courts with a nationally-acclaimed teaching staff, four pickleball courts, three outdoor jetted spas, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a lap pool, and a fully equipped gym with weights, treadmills, elliptic trainers, stationery bikes, rowing machines, and a video arcade. Towels are available for rental for $2/Each. Two NPOA Guest passes are available and located in the welcome binder. These passes give you access to the Rec Center, but do not waive the entry fee. Keep track of these please. Replacement cost is $100 each. • The Northstar village has shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and ice/roller skating rink. There are many activities offered at the village throughout the year: check the Northstar at Tahoe website for their calendar of events. • The unit has (4) Tommy Bahama Beach chairs for your use. • We have beach towels/pool towels for your use. • Late checkouts can be requested and are approved on case by case basis. If approved, a 1/2 day charge will be applied and your checkout time will be extended to 2PM. *Northern California/Sierra Nevada Region is prone to wildfires.
