This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island with wonderful orientation and incredible sea views. Suitable for 8 people, it is located near the sandy beach of KARAVI. It's so close to the beach, you won't miss your swim in the morning and afternoon. Just a 7-minute drive away is the port, the local market and the tavernas. The house is located in a complex with 6 more independent holiday homes, each of which has its own garden. A small oasis of greenery for a relaxing siesta under the pine trees. The terrace with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the island of Sifnos is ideal for absolute relaxation. The house is ideal for families and for those who want to be close to the beach and other attractions of the island in a quiet environment. It can be the starting point for a tour of the Cyclades, as it is connected by ferry to the other neighboring islands. The house is autonomous, giving you everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay during the summer but also during the spring and autumn, when the island is at its best. The house is developed on three levels. The ground floor where the living room is located with a built-in sofa, and an open plan fully equipped kitchen that leads to the terrace with a wonderful view where up to eight people can dine under a pergola. On the lower level there are 2 double rooms and 1 with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers on the lower level. There's a laundry room with all the essentials. This level has its own separate entrance, so you don't have to go through the main floor. On the upper level there is a separate double room with its own bathroom. The view from the room is unique. You can enter and exit the room from a separate entrance from the terrace. Each room is equipped with floor fans. The house is very well oriented and the terrace is very well protected from the wind. Even with high winds, you can dine on its veranda without having to worry about the wind. The house is simple and easy to make it easy for the guest to relax during the holidays and provides two open parking spaces. A car is highly recommended.
