Other amenities nearby: Mater dei hospital, convenience store, pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery store, public transport (outside apartment). It’s perfectly situated and very central. The modern apartment is STEP FREE throughout & very bright, full of natural light, cosy and ideal for two guests. It was my first home & eventually my new extended family for few years :)... We all loved it !! The TV/living room, has a Philips Smart TV, a lovely coffee table, A/C, a balcony that overlooks the garden and an extremely comfy sofa. Both kitchen and living are connected. There's a grey console table just as you enter the apartment where guests can find maps, guide/reading books, magazines and other useful information. The kitchen, is fully equipped with a kettle, electric hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, bread bin, Nescafe coffee machine, dinner set, mugs, cups, saucers, tea/coffee pot, milk jug, glasses, egg cups, water jug, juicer, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper. The kitchen also has an island & two stools. There's a small smart inlet in between the bedroom and bathroom. There, guests will find a washing machine, water pump, switch to water heater and some shelves for storage. The bedroom has parquet flooring throughout, two bedside tables, bedside lights on either side, an extremely large walk in wardrobe, a dressing table, chair, armchair, hairdryer, a balcony that overlooks the garden, blackout curtains, a safe & an A/C or fan. The bathroom has a window that overlooks a small shaft, right by the lavatory/loo, shower, linen basket and other useful toiletries, such as shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, shower caps, cotton buds, etc. Other included accessories are house slippers. There are two balconies in the apartment, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The bedroom balcony has a horse rack for hanging/drying clothes, whereas the living room balcony has two chairs and a table. The garden is very pretty. One can also sit/walk in the garden, relax and enjoy. The common area, is very well kept, well lit, spacious, has a large elevator, neighbours are all nice, quiet and friendly. There's a private garbage room which is easily accessible through the garden. The room is very well kept and cleaned daily. Public transport/commuting is fast, frequent & easy to and fro the apartment. There are 2 bus stops bang outside the apartment. I, sometimes provide transport from airport-apartment-airport. Early arrivals/late departures, have the option to drop off their luggage until apartment is ready for check in or until guests need to head back to airport. Loads of cafe's & different cuisine restaurants, along the promenade, from Italian, Sushi, Asian, Hungarian, local, English, Indian, Turkish, Lebanese, health bars etc. Please note: - FREE mineral/drinking water 24/7. No need to think of buying or carrying bottles of water throughout your stay :) - Beach towels are given upon arrival (June-Sept) - FREE Wifi - Adapters - A washing machine is available for your convenience. Kindly note that laundry detergent is not provided and should be purchased by guest.
