It offers a wonderful view of passing ships. The space On the ground floor, living room, kitchen, dining area and entrance area are separated from each other by the exposed half-timbered beams. This gives the house a special individual character and coziness. The living room is lovingly equipped with antiques and offers plenty of space to relax on a modern leather couch. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and oven. On the ground floor there is 1 bathroom (shower / toilet) with washing machine. The house has upstairs a bedroom with double bed and separate bathroom (shower / WC) and another bedroom with 2 beds as well as 1 sofa bed and TV. At the house there is a 20 square meter, renovated terrace (courtyard) with garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal Guest access In the courtyard ( patio ) there is a shed where you can store your bikes. A barbecue is available, which you are of course welcome to use. You will also find various toys for children ( Kescher, molds, etc. ) and requirements of the garden chairs, etc. Other things to note The city of Plau charges a city tax of 1.5 euros per person per night from 4/1 - 10/31 each year, heavy-damaged ( 100% ) are exempt from the spa tax. Children from the age of 15 are fully charged. Bed linen and towels can be booked at the price of 15,00 Euro per person. Of course, you can also bring your own laundry.
