This quaint and charming studio apartment is situated a stone throw away from the most popular site in Brussels, the Grand Place. The Grand Place is classified as a UN World Heritage Site and the area as well as all the buildings around it are protected by this status. Enjoy amazing views of the Grand Place towers and cobbled streets around it from the apartment window, one of its best features. This studio is situated on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs. The space The apartment is made up of a bright living room with 2 large French windows overlooking Brussels historical centre and Grand Place, and is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix and a round dining table and kitchenette. The kitchenette has 2 electric burners, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 4 guests. The bathroom has a sink, shower, towel warmer and toilet as well as some storage space. Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand - free of use! Guest access The building is located in the heart of Brussels Downtown Historical Centre and UN Heritage zone with a view of the Grand Place, a short walk from: - Grand Place and surrounding small cobbled streets with restaurants, chocolate stores, antique shops and the famous Galeries de Hal - Boulevard Anspach, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional restaurants - Rue Nueve - Brussels' 1 of 2 shopping streets - Annessens and de Brouckere metro stations - 5 metro stops from Place Schuman, where the main buildings of the European Commission and the European Council are located; - 4 metro stops from Place de Luxembourg, where the European Parliament is located. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 5 floor building. Due to the building's protected status, it still has the characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door. Please note that the TV only has Netflix, there is no Cable TV. As the apartment is very central, with lots of buzz on the streets of people and restaurants, it may get noisy, but we happily provide you with earplugs! The apartment is in a serviced residence with support 7 days per week, from 9am to midnight. Cleaning on demand available.
