You’ll find a quiet haven, overlooking a pedestrian street in a historic area. It’s small but very well-equipped. Great attention has been given to every detail of design to make the most of this adorably unique space. Our maître artisan worked as a carpenter at the Louvre museum in his main job. In response to previous comments, we’ve just rebuilt the bathroom area to give more privacy with a sliding door. But please be careful of your head - there are a couple of sloping ceilings under the rooftops of Paris! We’ve replaced the convertible sofa with a comfortable, new single bed (190cm x 90cm). Above, we’ve created a made-to-measure mezzanine, with small double bed (135 x 185cm). By now, you’ll have understood that this quirky little space is not ideal for tall travellers, but probably perfect for adventurers. To reach the stars, you will also need to be ready to climb plenty of stairs. So travel light. A wonderful, panoramic view over the rooftops of northern Paris awaits, giving you a surprising sense of vast, open space. Looking out onto the quiet, cobbled street, you might forget which century you’re in. Yet everything you need for modern living is just a few minutes walk away.
