The flat is a separate dwelling from the main house on a small Farmlet 7-10 minutes from the centre of Grafton. Features include a washing machine, smart Tv, fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited wi-fi, pillow top mattress’s and quality sheets. Lots of space to park boats, trucks or tool trailers. It is very unlikely anything will be stolen or vandalised where we are. Inside, the flat is an open plan layout with the two sleeping spaces being separated by a wall. The space The property is in a beautiful rural location, where you are surrounded by open undulating paddocks often viewing cattle and our own horses. Guest access There is a public sealed road to the front gate. There is plenty of room on the grass in front of the flat to park trailers and extra cars. For hard to turn around trailers, there is also a larger area of grass on the LHS of the Driveway as you enter. Large semi trailers can also be parked out the front of the property. There is a car parking area on the gravel close to the flat for guest use. Other things to note Great weekly and monthly DISCOUNTS We have three friendly dogs.. two Labradors and a Lagotto Romognolo. They do an alarm bark when you come and go, but they are not constant barkers in general and we have barking collars for such occasions. We are not set up for charging electric vehicles so we encourage guests to re charge at designated charging stations.
