ATTENTION!!! This is not an "entire accommodation", but 3 private rooms on the 2nd floor of a large "Bourgeois" House. Sanitary facilities, shower rooms and bathrooms can sometimes be shared with another room. NEW: you now have a small private lounge to read, work, relax, have tea or coffee. The space We offer 3 beautiful fully renovated rooms that can accommodate 6 people, on the 1st and 2nd floors of a large and beautiful private house from the beginning of the 19th century (1906) called "Maison Bourgeoise", as their owners (great servants of the State, business leaders or industrialists) had them built as a secondary residence. It is located on the "Plateau Saint Antoine", a residential area in the immediate vicinity of the Palace of Versailles (20-minute walk). These three bedrooms consist of the first (TAUPE Room), with a 1.60 m bed, the second (White Room) with 2 independent beds (0.80 x 1.90) and the third (RED Room) with a 1.40 m bed. They benefit from Wi-Fi internet access, and of course all the charm of an old house. For your information, we can rent each of these rooms separately, each being the subject of a separate listing. In addition, we have a 4th bedroom with a single bed on the same floor. Our total sleeping capacity is therefore 7 people in total and represents the entire floor. NEW: you now have a small extra room (Small Lounge) to read, work, relax with tea or coffee, iron your clothes or chat. Guest access By TRAIN: from Versailles Rive Droite and Versailles Rive Gauche stations, take Bus A or H to the "LABOULAY" stop By CAR: coming from Paris, 1/ take the A13 towards Rouen - 2/ Take the 1st exit "VAUCRESSON - Haras de Jardy" and left towards "Haras de Jardy" and Versailles - 3/ Go about 400 m to the "VERSAILLES" sign - 4/ Take a right immediately downhill (Bd de la Porte Verte), continue straight - 5/ cross a roundabout - 6/ continue on Avenue du Maréchal Franchet d'Esperey, take the next turnoff the 4th left (Rue du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny) then the second right (Rue Laurent Godet), then the first right (Rue Saint Joseph), then the next right (Rue Dufetel), go up to the top, you have arrived. Other things to note We remind you: 1/ that this is a rental of rooms in a large bourgeois house from the end of the 19th century, in the form of a "BED & BREAKFAST" and NOT the rental of an entire space. 2/ that our rooms are on the 2nd floor of our house, without an elevator. 3/ that the Sanitary facilities, shower rooms and bathrooms are possibly shareable if other rooms are booked by other guests. 4/ that there is NO ACCESS to the other rooms of the house (living room, kitchen, etc.) except for breakfast and of course, to warm up baby meals. 5/ that there is no guaranteed meal other than breakfast (which is served between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.) and that it IS FORBIDDEN to bring in food, have meals delivered or simply eat in your room. 6/ Possibility of BIKE RENTAL, at a cost of €15/day/bike 7/ there is no parking for cars at our property. There is only paid parking on our street from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except Sunday). Be aware, however, that you are in Versailles and, moreover, in one of its very residential neighborhoods, which ensures your safety and tranquility. For your information, we have a 4th bedroom on the same floor, single with a single bed. Our total sleeping capacity is therefore 7 people representing the entire floor.
