This accommodation offers families a relaxing getaway in extensive, park-like surroundings with a magnificent pool, built-in braais in the pool area and portable braais to be used anywhere in the grounds. Amenities and numerous leisure activities are close by and the beautiful main beach is only two kilometres away. The space Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The living room also has two single beds and a third bathroom. The living room can be isolated from the other two bedrooms with a locking door into a passage leading to the bedrooms to ensure night time privacy. The bedrooms and living room also all have external entrances. Guests are encouraged to make use of the extensive and tranquil garden and gorgeous pool. Guest access The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the guests who have booked the space i.e. the kitchen and living room are not shared with other guests. Other things to note PLEASE VIEW THE OTHER SUMMER PLACE LISTINGS TO BOOK FOR COUPLES AND SMALLER OR LARGER GROUPS. 1. Please note that this establishment is not a party venue and music is not permitted. 2. Day visitors are not permitted entry. 3. Rates are not increased for peak seasons but certain provisos do apply, namely minimum stay requirements and no automatic discounts for long stay bookings. 4. MINIMUM STAY PROVISOS: 16 December t0 2 January - minimum stay of 5 nights; 3-day long weekends - minimum stay of 2 nights; 4-day long weekend - minimum stay of 3 nights. 5. A large generator supplies electricity during load shedding and operates during reasonable waking hours. 6. Guests are assured of water supply but are requested to use water responsibly.
