The space The village where my studio apartment is located is fifteen minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, on a hill surrounded by greenery from which you can enjoy beautiful views. The studio apartment consists of a veranda, a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, a sleeping area and a bathroom. The room has a functional and charming kitchenette equipped with various utensils to comfortably prepare your meals, a stove and a table. You will also find a comfortable sofa bed and a television. In the sleeping area you will find, in addition to the comfortable double bed, a bunk bed. The room is also equipped with air conditioning. In the bathroom you will find: sink, shower, toilet, bidet; a hairdryer is also provided. Finally, the veranda is furnished with a small table with chairs and a comfortable worktop. The rental of the house includes a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the residential area where the studio apartment is located. Guest access In the village there is a bar: the opening is in conjunction with the summer season and being a private structure, every year schedules and services are variable. You can also use a tennis court. The village swimming pool will be open again from the 2019 season. Other things to note To travel from the village to the beaches, you must have a car or a scooter: the beaches are easily and quickly accessible by your own vehicle but not on foot.
