Our apartment is located in the Billafingen district of Owingen. From the roof terrace or alternatively from the balcony you have a magnificent view of the mountains, fields and meadows. Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the Lake Constance region (9 km to Überlingen) – and then away from tourism – back in the hinterland – to unwind. The space The apartment has its own entrance via the terrace, a large living-dining area with kitchen and in the corner there is a bunk bed for 2 people (preferably children). The bedroom has a double bed as well as a sofa bed and another balcony. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bathroom is partially new: sink and toilet, the shower has not yet been renovated. The apartment is partially plastered with clay plaster. Attention: Since the house has been completely renovated or a new building has been added, it still has some construction site flair. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. If necessary, also for up to 5 people (for example, family with children sleeping on the sofa bed in the bedroom) - only possible by arrangement. A children's travel cot and high chair are included in the amenities. The price includes 4 people. The apartment is "cleaned" after each stay - in addition to basic cleaning - with a professional ozone generator. The apartment has underfloor heating. Only one parking space is available per apartment! The apartment or our house is located on the slope and the driveway to the parking lot is very steep. As a result, however, you have a beautiful all-round view of the countryside and everything. E-card – tourist tax: Since 01/01/2024, a tourist tax of €2.00 (adults/night) has been levied in Owingen. All overnight guests will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card (financed by the visitor's tax) upon registration on the day of arrival. With your guest card, you will receive exclusive benefits for more than 200 cultural and leisure activities on Lake Constance. Enjoy free travel by bus and train throughout the Lake Constance-Oberschwaben transport network (bodo) and on other sections of the route with your guest card. Guest access Private access via the roof terrace (not barrier-free). The apartment or our house is located on the slope and the driveway to the parking lot is steep. Other things to note If you bring your own linens and towels, we will refund 10.00 euros on site.
