Our apartment is located in the village of Billafingen in Owingen. From the roof terrace or alternatively from the balcony, you have a magnificent view of the mountains, fields and meadows. Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the Lake Constance region (10 km to Überlingen) – and then, away from the tourists – back in the hinterland – to unwind. The space The apartment has its own entrance via the terrace, a large living-dining area with a kitchen, and in the corner there is a bunk bed for 2 people (preferably children). The bedroom has a double bed as well as a sofa bed and another balcony. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bathroom is partially new: sink and toilet. The shower has not yet been newly renovated. The apartment is partly plastered with clay plaster. Note: Since the house has been partially renovated or a new building has been added, it still has a partial construction site feel. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. If necessary, also for up to 5 people (for example, a family with children who sleep on the sofa bed in the bedroom) - only possible by arrangement. A travel cot for children and a high chair are among the amenities. The price includes 4 people. The apartment has floor heating. Only one parking space is available per apartment! The apartment or our house is located on a slope, and the driveway to the parking space is very steep. However, this gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and over everything. E-Card – Tourist tax: Since January 1, 2024, a tourist tax of €2.50 (adults/night) has been charged in Owingen. All overnight guests receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card (financed by the tourist tax) upon registration on the day of arrival. With your guest card, you will receive exclusive benefits for more than 200 cultural and leisure activities at Lake Constance. With your guest card, enjoy free travel by bus and train throughout the entire area of the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo) as well as on other route sections. Guest access Private access via the roof terrace (not barrier-free). The apartment or our house is located on the slope and the driveway to the parking lot is steep. Other things to note If you bring your own linens and towels, we will refund 10.00 euros on site. Please make sure to inform us in advance by email or WhatsApp. Our house, which has two vacation apartments, is located on a steep hillside and has a steep, narrow driveway.
