Welcome to Longe'Mer! - The "farmhouse" by the sea Typical farm of the region located in the middle of a protected natural area, very quiet, without neighbors, surrounded by a large garden, as well as pastures welcoming horses, 7 min from Le Touquet, 4 min from the beach and close to all shops On the ground floor: Large living room with fireplace, open equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, washer and dryer, toilet Upstairs: Large bedroom, relaxation area with TV and DVD player, many books, comics, bathroom, toilet The space La Longe 'Mer is a farmhouse that we have carefully renovated to make it a warm, peaceful and refreshing place where we enjoy staying with family and friends. Very pleasant to live in, it offers the opportunity to be quiet in a beautiful green space, while enjoying the beach, the dunes and all the sports and cultural activities of Le Touquet and its surroundings. The large kitchen opens to the living room is a friendly and well-equipped space that epicureans will enjoy putting to music. The living room is welcoming and warm with its large fireplace. On the bedroom side, the spaces are also bulky. The recent layout of an office allows the possibility of working remotely in a quiet area. The bike rental close to the house also allows you to enjoy the beautiful layout of bike paths in the area. You will find on site: BBQ, garden table and chairs, sunbeds, depending on the season a trampoline, board games, children's games, a DVD area and reading under the attic. Internet access is accessible throughout the house and connected by fiber. On the ground floor: Bedroom 1 : 1 queen size bed (160 by 190) and a crib Bedroom 2 : 2 beds (90*190), 2 bunk beds (80*200), games and children's books Upstairs: Bedroom 3 : 2 beds (90*200), 2 beds (80*200) All bedding is of good quality and well-maintained IMPORTANT NOTE STAIRCASE: Access to the upper floor is via a "Japanese step" staircase that must be tamed (a little steep). SO for young children, this requires great vigilance on the part of parents, the staircase tour on the landing is not secure. On the ground floor, a door closes access to the stairs. PLEASE NOTE LINENS: Sheets and towels ARE NOT PROVIDED, you can rent them via LocLinge Guest access You have access to the entire house except for one room. Furniture, garden accessories and beach games are accessible in a shed adjoining the house The barn and garage are not accessible to guests Other things to note BEFORE YOU ARRIVE Linens and towels are for rent directly from the locLinge site - Kit Towel (€6/pers), Duvet kit S (90cm bed - €15.50/kit), XL duvet kit (bed 160cm - €21.50/kit), kit Towels (€3.50/kit), Bath mat kit (€3/kit) Late check-in (from 8pm) is a paid service: €10/hour. Every hour started will be due.
