This downtown Iași apartment is a chic urban two-bedroom apartment situated only a few minutes away from the high interest points of the city, like the Gr. T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Palace of Culture and Palas shopping centre, respectively. The space The apartment is situated in Iasi's downtown area, at the second floor of a condominium building with elevator and can accommodate 4 adults in the existing beds. It was designed to be modern, practical and enjoyable at the same time. The completely furnished and recently refurbished apartment comes with two balconies, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a sofa bed), a living room with a sofa bed, one and a half baths and is provided with free WiFi. The temperature control is maintained with en-suite heating system. Also, air conditioning is provided in the large bedroom and the living room. Security door, intercom, gas detector, free high speed internet connection, Wi-Fi, smart TV with DIGI pack are available. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing and enjoying the meals. There are two balconies overlooking the Independenței Boulevard, fit for relaxation. I emphasize that smoking in the apartment is forbidden. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Towels, bed linen & essentials are free and will be provided upon arrival. Washing machine with incorporated dryer, iron & board are free for use. There are two convenience stores within 50 metres and 80 metres, respectively, from the apartment. Free public parking can be found near the building. Smoking is only permitted on the two balconies with the doors towards the indoor area firmly shut. If not in compliance with this rule, a fine of 1000 RON will be incurred.
