Charming village house

This charming village house is centrally located in a cozy village and tastefully decorated. Directly from the house, there is the possibility to make many beautiful walks or bike rides. No garden, but you can easily sit in front of the door on the square (garden set with parasol available) and only a 5-minute walk to the stream "La Seye". In the same village street there is a restaurant bar and several times a week there is a bar at the market hall and often also live music. Bathroom and room with double bed on the ground floor, kitchen and living/dining room on the 1st floor and from there a staircase to the attic with also a double bed. In the living room, a sofa bed for a possible 5th person. Enjoy your stay. The space is tastefully decorated with enough space for 4 people and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor where it also stays nice and cool in the summer. The living room with fireplace and open kitchen is on the 2nd floor. With the stairs, one can go to the tastefully furnished attic room with a great double bed with a thick futon as a topper that sleeps fantastically. Tilt window with screen and blackout. Commode included because the toilet is 2 stairs down. Guest access The address has no number and is located on the corner of a square called 'Place Courte Boule' and the street of the market hall and restaurant/bar called 'Rue Alphonse de Poitiers'. Your car can be parked in front of the side door on the square. Warning!: This is Verfeil sur Seye in the Tarn et Garonne 82330 and not Verfeil 31590 in the Haute Garonne. Other things to note Verfeil is a cozy village with all kinds of activities in the summer, mostly organized by the association "La maison de la Halle." There is 1 boutique with local food and a bakery/supermarket. Larger supermarkets are 10 to 20 minutes away by car. There is 1 restaurant/bar, "Les ton ton zingueur." In the summer, there are all kinds of festivals in the area. And the most beautiful small towns of France within a radius of 15 km, such as Bruniquel, Saint Antonin, Najac, Cordes sur Ciel, St. Antonin, etc. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, kayaking, mountain climbing, etc. are all possible here. Wonderfully varied hilly land; arable land, meadows, forest and stream valleys with little tourism. We also offer the possibility for an organized tour, possibly with a picnic with a tour guide. I myself have been a massage therapist (HBO trained) since 1999. You can book sessions with me for Shiatsu, foot reflexology, Cranio Sacral and acupuncture" during your stay. Approximately €60/h. My office is a 3-minute walk from the house. Furthermore, I have a plot of 4 ha in the stream valley of the "la Baye". I rent it to retreat groups or as a mini nature campsite.
