A garage for a normal sized car is automatically included in the rent. Additional free parking spaces are generally available in the immediate vicinity. A stair lift can be used on request. For a small fee there is also a washing machine and dryer in the cellar. Other things to note If it is possible, you are welcome to check in earlier or leave later. Please understand that this can sometimes only be decided at short notice. As I use an electronic lock, you can also arrive late in the evening without any problems. The apartment is also very popular with companies and craftsmen, as there are three separate sleeping facilities for up to six people.
