The spacious apartment is located on the quiet side of central Florence. The apartment extends over 105 m² and fits small families or groups of up to 4 people. It includes one (1) bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed, and two (2) bathrooms with walk-in showers. The central location offers easy access to many restaurants and coffee shops, and when guests want to comfortably cook at home, the apartment offers a beautiful, fully furnished kitchen and dining table. The space The Vita Studios & Apartments are located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood right next to the city center. The area is surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars, many of which that deliver to the apartments. Right next door, guests will find a playground for kids, a botanical garden and a large garage. Vita's central location makes it perfect to get lost in the Italian culture, and with the Fortezza da Basso nearby, the apartments ideal for family trips or unforgettable group adventures! Other things to note Please note that every autumn we switch from A/C to heating, and vice versa every spring. Therefore, there's only one of the two available at a time. *Cleaning Policy: Please note that your room will be cleaned only before and after you stay. If you plan to stay longer, it will be cleaned on a weekly basis.
