The space Private hot tub in the backyard has privacy with stunning views of the Moab red rock rim. There is great trailer parking for bringing all of your toys down with you. The garage can hold two jeeps easily, mtb bikes, utvs. There is a large parking lot in front of the unit for trailers as well as another lot just down the way to park all your toys. Guest access You have access to the entire place. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with a Schlage Smart Lock. You will receive a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay that is available in the app and we will email it to you as well. Other things to note Our hot tub is private for you to use. There is also a pool (it is closed from Nov - March) that is shared with our neighborhood of 25 homes. We provide the following: • 1 full roll of toilet paper on the roll and one under the sink per each bathroom. • 1 box of Kleenex in the master bath • 1 full roll of paper towels on the sink and one under. • 3 kitchen trash bags • 1 bottle Dawn dish soap • 5 dishwasher pods • 5 laundry pods • Soap and shampoo count is as follows: • 2 soaps 2 shampoos for master bathroom/s • 4 soaps 4 shampoos for shared/main baths
