Mill in the middle of the meadows / Burgundy (Nevers)

20 km from Nevers, nestled amidst meadows (within walking distance of the village), lies a charming mill and its annex (two separate houses, as shown in the photo). 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, sleeps 12. Wi-Fi, 2 open fires, parking, barbecue, super-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. All beds (90 x 200) are equipped with a single duvet. The houses are pleasantly located to access cultural, natural and gastronomic sites, such as Sancerre, Pouilly, the Loire, Nevers, La Charité sur Loire, Vezelay, Morvan Park… In the village you can find: very good bakery, swimming pool open in summer (25 m), 2 tennis courts, playground for young children in the Town Hall park. Supermarket and gas station 1 km away. 20 minutes away you can find a very good "tree climbing" (Sauvigny-les-Bois), an indoor swimming pool with hammam, aquagym and toboggan (Imphy), bike rental in Nevers and great walks along the Loire.
