20 km from Nevers, nestled in the middle of the meadows (walking distance to the village), a charming mill and its annex (two separate houses as in the photo). 4 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, 12 Beds. Wifi, 2 open fires, parking, barbecue, super equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer … All beds (90x200) are equipped with a duvet for 1 person. The space Bed sheets and towels are available, you will just have to make the beds yourself. Soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper... are provided for the first few days. The houses are pleasantly located for access to sites of cultural, natural and gastronomic interest, such as Sancerre, Pouilly, the Loire, Nevers, La Charité sur Loire, Vezelay, Morvan Park... You can find in the village: very good bakery, swimming pool open in summer (25 m), 2 tennis courts, playground for young children in the park of the City Hall. Great market and gas pump 1 km away. 20 minutes away you can find a very good "tree climbing" (Sauvigny les Bois), an indoor pool with hammam, aquagym and slide (Imphy), bike rental in Nevers and long walks along the Loire.
