Peaceful Country Studio Retreat

Our private studio is ideally situated in quiet, rural Prince Edward County near beaches, restaurants, wineries, art studios and all the villages of our beautiful island community. Great for cyclists, artist/writer's retreat, or a romantic getaway. Licence No. ST-2019-0356 The space Located on our horse farm, the studio is rustic in nature, spacious and modern. Private and self-contained, you will enjoy relaxing in the comfort of this gem of a space which includes a new queen bed, sheets and towels, modern shower, state-of-the-art composting toilette (see the sun-mar website for those unfamiliar with environmental toilettes). The kitchenette space includes a bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric frypan, slow cooker, dishes, utensils, table and chairs. A small bbq is available to use outside. The double outside barn-style doors open onto the back of the farm where you can relax in garden chairs and enjoy the view of fields, meadows and horses. Large screened doors provide plentiful fresh air in this tranquil setting! Guest access You will have access to our big backyard and miles of quiet country roads for walking, running, cycling. We are close to mountain bike trails. For safety reasons, please, no access to horse barn or paddocks. Other things to note Reservations are for 2 nights minimum. No smoking. No parties. Sorry, we cannot accept pets.
