Other things to note This is a professionally-managed vacation rental, located in a residential building and owned by a family who spends part of the year outside of Jerusalem. The owner is happy to rent the space to you. Please enjoy yourselves but kindly care for the furniture, belongings, and structure of the family’s place. ▪ This property is: 1. Pet free 2. Smoking free 3. Shabbat friendly (The kitchen is set for international guests use, however a Shabat hot plate, a hot-water urn, candles and “netilat” cups are provided). ▪ Important: 1. Noise not allowed from 23:00 to 07:00 (Abatement of Nuisances Law, 5721-1961, and its Regulations) ▪ Charges For Lost/Damaged Items (wherever applicable): Lost eChip : 150 ILS per unit Lost key : 360 ILS per unit Lost garage remote-opener: 1,100 ILS per unit Method of payment: Claims processed via the booking platform. ▪ Sabbath and Public Holidays: In Israel, most stores, restaurants, public transportation and offices are closed on the Jewish Sabbath /sha’bat/ and the Jewish Holidays. 〉 When booking a vacation rental property, guests confirm and acknowledge that they know that the host and any co-hosts are offline and unavailable during the Jewish Sabbath and Jewish Holidays. The Sabbath begins on Friday late afternoon and ends on Saturday night (at varying times). Hosts and co-hosts are available until 13:00 on Fridays and holiday eves. Instant-Booking reservations starting on the Jewish Sabbath or Jewish Holidays will be considered non-binding. The host retains the right to cancel these reservations. Our broadband carrier provides a 100 Mb/s speed when connected with an ethernet cable. When connected wirelessly, the average speed can be reduced considerably. In addition, factors such as the time of day and distance between your device and the router also affect the browsing speed. Finally, the broadband infrastructure in some city locations may not allow maximum speed. ▪ Mid-Stay Cleaning Service: Guests staying for longer than a full calendar month are entitled to one courtesy cleaning free of cost. As from the second cleaning onwards, this is an extra service. Guests staying less than a full calendar month can request a mid-stay cleaning as an extra service. 〉To schedule a mid-stay cleaning, the reserving guest must contact our housekeeping manager at least five working days in advance to the desired cleaning date, so that the task can be programmed for our team. Price: 100 ILS/hour. The minimum cleaning time is two hours.
