Hollywood Regency - "Blue Bedroom"

This 1952 Mid Century Hollywood Regency showplace boasts three bedrooms and two baths in a quiet neighborhood on a two-block-long street that ends at Foster Park, where picnic tables and a bike path expand the ways you can enjoy your stay. Mature trees adorn the front and back yards, red-tailed hawks, blue jays, and cardinals call and fly overhead, and kind neighbors welcome you. The space Freeway-close and situated a short drive from the hospital district, my house is perfect for traveling nurses. It can serve as temporary housing for guest professors or artists at TCU or project-based employees at Lockheed Martin. It is a short walk from Foster Park and a short drive from Hulen Mall and nearby shopping districts. Outside, you will find the grounds to be nicely landscaped with shaded front and back yards, spacious driveway (free, off-street parking), large backyard patio, back-porch morning alcove, inviting front porch with ceiling fan, and a babbling two-tiered fountain alongside the front sidewalk. Inside, you will enjoy the oriental rugs and hardwood floors underfoot throughout my spacious, tri-level house. Artistically decorated, it provides a quiet, homey, comfortable, and well-appointed environment for your minimum (by law) 30-day stay. It is quiet, spacious, and sparkling clean. It features central heat and air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, smart TV with FireStick, smart lock and keypad entry for front door, locking bedroom doors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, treadmill, two fireplaces, numerous seating/alcove/conversation/work areas, and even a functional pump organ! Shared spaces include an eat-in, gourmet kitchen, fully equipped; formal dining room with mahogany, Duncan Phyfe furniture; formal living room with fine furniture of different styles and periods; and a downstairs casual den with smart TV and FireStick, overstuffed sofa and chair with ottoman, and a treadmill. The two upstairs bedrooms share a hallway bathroom between them, and the downstairs bedroom has a hallway bathroom of its own. Guest access Virtually the entire property is accessible to guests, except for the garage, the outside storage room, and the downstairs supply closet. During your stay This is not just a rental property; it is my domicile, and I occupy the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Our paths will often cross, and I am also easily reached by phone or text or email.
