The space Our small complex consists of just 12 apartments all exclusively used for holiday/vacation rentals. Our Residence was designed by Belgian architects and combines the best of European and Thai style. 24 hour swimming pool. Live-in housekeeping staff on the property provide 24 hour security. Relax in a modern well-maintained holiday home on a quiet cul-de-sac street nestled in a coconut grove just 5 minutes walk from the famous Chaweng Noi Beach and the island's main road 4169, and only 10 minutes by car from both of Samui's lively town centres of Chaweng and Lamai. Tour bookings, motorbike (scooter) rental and two restaurants are right next door. Relax on your balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beautifully maintained courtyard. Guest access Guests have full use of the Residence complex during their stay but are requested not to bring outside guests or friends to use our facilities. Other things to note Electricity is charged for your actual usage as measured by an individual electric meter for each apartment, at the rate of 7.5 THB/kWh. Due to the major difference in electricity usage from guests, mostly from individual air conditioning use patterns, this allows us to keep rates low, since it allows you to control your electricity cost, and you only pay for the electricity you consume. As part of our standard guest policy for all stays, a 3000 THB cash deposit for incidental charges is required at check-in. This is refunded at check-out minus any charges. Please advise us at least 2 days before arrival of your expected arrival time so a staff member can be available to meet you for your check-in. Thai Law requires that all accommodation owners make photocopies of the passports of all foreign guests staying in the apartment for immigration reporting. When you check-in, please allow our staff to copy your passport identification and entry stamp pages for everyone (including babies) staying in the apartment.
