From all rooms of the house you will have a wonderful view of nature or the picturesque Brienzer See. There is a large terrasse connected to the living and dining room for long hours of sunshine. Each bedroom has a seperate bathroom. One is equipped with a bath and the other with a shower. Interlaken is to reacg in about 8 minutes by car. As everybody knows: a picture is worth a thousand words..... The space The offered holiday home is located in a beautiful, postcard-like location at Lake Brienz. The house was extensively renovated in 2019 . From all rooms the house has a wonderful view of nature or the picturesque Lake Brienz. To the living and dining room is a large terrace connected for long hours of sunshine. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One is equipped with bath and the other with shower. The high quality fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer. Towels and bed linen are provided by the landlord. The facilities are upscale hotel in nothing. It's best to see for yourself - pictures say more than 1,000 words ..... Next to the entrance is a carport were our guests can park their cars. In the basement there is a garage with up to two additional parking spaces. In the basement there is a terrace with awning. Here is also the opportunity to grill. From the terrace you have a panoramic view over the lake - freshly renovated - unique location - luxurious equipment - versatile recreational opportunities Right on the doorstep runs the popular "Planetenweg" which is loved by hikers and mountain bikers becaus of his beautiful views to the lake and the mountains. In the village itself several times a day there will be the paddle steamer, which chauffeurs the guests to the surrounding villages. You can reach Interlaken by car in about 10 minutes. In Interlaken you will find a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. From here you can also book holiday activities, such as speedboat, paragliding, rafting, etc. In the village you have a beautiful view of the famous Jungfraujoch. In winter times, the house is surrounded by several ski areas, which can be reached by car in 15-30 minutes, depending on the ski area. The garage offers storage space for skis and ski boots. Guest access Except for a room upstairs and a storage room in the basement, all rooms of the house including the laundry room can be used. Other things to note Per person (over 16 years) all guests need to pay an extra 3 CHF per person and day /city tax. We charge an additional 80 CHF per night for the 5th person.
