Rental unit in Montreal

The location is a very walkable neighbourhood full of restaurants, shops and bars. All services steps from the door! 5 minute walk to the metro, bike path and Lachine canal 2 blocks away. Atwater farmers market is an easy 10 minute walk along the canal, or explore Notre Dame street bustling with activity. The apartment is on a quiet side street, there is street parking available. Easy access to downtown, Old Montreal, and all other attractions The space There is one queen bed in closed bedroom. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment and garden. There are 2 beautiful parks a couple blocks away, one in either direction, and the canal has great green space for a picnic. Other things to note The apartment is separated from the upstairs apartment by a locked door. The entrance to the upstairs is through the garden. I am the only one who uses the entrance upstairs, and very rarely. The laundry is a shared area. I may use it occasionally but only with advanced notice to my guests.
