Amazing traditional village house with patio

Halfway between mountains and beaches (10 min), here is an old village house restored in line with local traditions. Spacious living rooms and patio, terraces, organic orchard and all kinds of amenities. A delightful place throughout the year. The space The house comprises 6 bedrooms, two with small private terraces, a very large living room with fireplace, a lounge area, a large open kitchen, a large patio with barbecue and outdoor shower, 3 shower/toilet rooms, one with bathtub, and a very large garden/ orchard. Note: only two bedrooms are air-conditioned. The rest of the rooms have fans. Guest access The garden is shared with the other house we own in the village. It has a ping pong table and another BBQ. Other things to note Adsubia is real Spain with it's traditions and festivals. No tourist traps! The area has none of the brash commercialism of Benidorm and other southerly destinations. In the surroundings, you will find many places and sceneries to take in that "away from it all" atmosphere. Cities around will offer you weekly markets, many bars, restaurants, clubs and shops.
