Old house renovated with traditional materials and local artisans in the 1990s. Since then, we have ensured that it is always well maintained and functional. Located in a village at the foot of the mountains, in the "Val de Gallinera", and a 15-minute drive from fine sandy beaches and natural pools. From June to September, many restaurants, village pools, beach bars (xiringuitos) and events are set up and liven up the summer season. The space It is a popular place for hiking, biking or climbing enthusiasts. Especially during the low season. The house has 7 Bd, two of which have a private terrace. There are 3 shower/bathrooms in the property, with toilets. Each is en-suite to 2 or 3 Bd. The house consists of two parts, separated by a large, cool and shaded patio. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining table and a sitting area near the working fireplace (there is always wood at your disposal). There is also a spacious kitchen open to the living room and patio, as well as a workspace with a desk and bench. 3Bd and a shower room/toilet are also accessible on one level. The patio is a pleasant wooded area, with a large table under the vines for outdoor dining, a barbecue and a plancha, a fountain, an outdoor shower, as well as deck chairs and a bench for relaxing. Finally, you will have free use of the garden. It is arranged so that you can enjoy it in any season (garden furniture, sun loungers, night lighting, barbecue...). There are many fruit trees and aromatic herbs. What nature offers you during your stay is at your disposal :) Help yourself! L'Atzuvia is an ideal village for enjoying the mountains; beaches (some natural and wild, or others very lively for partying during the summer season); small authentic villages on the coast, with their hidden pools on the heights and delicious and affordable restaurants; beautiful hiking trails... (don't hesitate to consult our guide. It is the result of 40 years of good recommendations!) Note: Only two bedrooms have AC. The rest of the rooms have fans or supplementary heating. Guest access The garden is shared with our second property, which sometimes hosts other Airbnb guests. It's a space that both houses have, but you won't have any surprises or unexpected encounters: The large garden gate can be locked from your patio. So you can enjoy this orchard whenever you want, and also close and secure access. It is a large additional space that you may share only with us or our tenants. Other things to note The municipal swimming pool is located 50 meters from the house and is open every day in summer until 8 pm. There are several bars and restaurants in the village (including the pool bar in the summer), which are open until late at night. You will also find a bakery and a convenience store in the village square, a few meters from the house. The sports field and children's play areas, opposite the pool, were renovated in 2026.
