In the immediate vicinity of an active farm, the Marie-Anne room welcomes you for a relaxing stay. Located within the village of La Millière, it is also a 5-minute drive from the shops of Le Poiré sur Vie. The room sleeps 2 people: ideal for couples wishing to meet for one or more nights... Pool heated to 28°C minimum and covered as needed. Open from April 7 to October 4, 2026 (9 a.m. - 8 p.m.). The space Independent of the owners' house, on the floor of the building "La Grange des Amazones" and with an outside access, Marie-Anne includes: - A bedroom with a large 180 cm bed (possibility of 2 X 90 cm), connected TV, desk and armchair; - A spacious bathroom (shower, two vanity units & a large bathtub (90 X 190 cm) for 2 people, hairdryer, towels, shower mat, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel). - Separate toilets. *YOUR HOST'S WORD* "I am Mélaine, 35 years old, married to David and we are parents of 3 very young boys. La Millière is a family story since it is my professional activity, David takes care of the accounting/exteriors and we live in the center of the farmhouse. We are committed to ensuring you have a great stay in Vendée in this former seigneurial stronghold built in the 15th century. We are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have and to share, but we also know how to be discreet. Each of our homes can accommodate between 1 and 6 people with the possibility of renting several homes for your events requiring more accommodation. Please don't hesitate to check out our 5 other properties (up to 23 people). Finally, the philosophy of the place can be summed up in 3 words: simplicity, sharing & authenticity! Other things to note *INCLUDED* - Sweet breakfast is included (for savory, make a request in advance) - Cleaning of the room is included in the rate. - Sheets are provided and the bed will be made upon arrival. New and linen sheets: thermal comfort for your sleep (fiber loss possible). - Supply of bath and pool towels. - Pets are allowed from the moment they are well educated: formal prohibition to leave them in your home in your absence!! - Large tables with chairs have been arranged under a semi-shaded pergolas. A barbecue plancha is available for your use. - A private parking space is available to guests, close to the accommodation. *OPTIONAL*: - Savory planchas for 2 (€30); - Electric vehicle charging station (€0.25/kWh).
