Home features three enclosed bedrooms, a game room, 2 living areas and 1 alcove with two futons- sleeps 10. Two rooms with King beds; one room has four twins & floor mattress; and one King room has an extra twin. Swimming pool in cove. Enjoyable walk to Tennis, Pavilion, more pools & Marina for lake swimming and fishing. Limited 4 cars.-Parking Permits in house. The space Ping pong/Pool table upstairs in loft area. Deck furniture and granite table on deck facing the lake. There is a small 1 bedroom apartment on the premises which rents separately. It can accommodate 4 adults. The lake house is perfect for family reunions. For safety concerns, small children must be watched closely. Guest access Lockbox on front door- instructions provided after booking. Small drive way- with additional parking in cove. Other things to note Currently we do not offer internet. We are looking into a getting this. Please let us know how important this is to your vacation enjoyment. Our lake house is enjoyed by people who really want to "unplug" and get away from city life. Apartment downstairs rents separately. No smoking. No Pets. 6% tax will be due upon reserving property.
