This monumental building is within walking distance of the city center of Rotterdam. In front of the house there is a tram stop and Rotterdam Central Station is 5 minutes away. The house has recently been completely renovated and everything is new. The rooms are bright and spacious, there are 3 balconies and a great roof terrace (25m2), where you can enjoy your meal or chill with a book and some sunlight. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room (40m2) at your disposal. 1 of the bedrooms is 2.5m x 2.5m. The space There is a Rooftop terrace (25m2). There is a bed and a loungesey if you like to sit of lay outside. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, oven, fridge and freezer combination, induction cooking plate and a dishwasher. All utencils necessary for cooking are available at your disposal. There is also a beans coffee machine and a kitchen machine (juicer, blender, breadmaking option, etc) available. Guest access There is a bathroom on the 1st floor with a double shower and a bath. There is also a toilet upstairs with a sanibroyeur. It is very important to keep in mind that NOTHING else other than toilet paper can be disposed in this toilet or it will brake. There is a 2nd toilet downstairs aswell. There are steep stairs in my home, this is something to keep in mind if you have mobility problems.
