Detached house in Terni. The apartment is located on the ground floor with a cozy outdoor courtyard for parking. Two large bedrooms, new 25cm mattresses, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with fireplace and living room illuminated by a large door to the courtyard. House can be heated by fireplace or central heating. Three TVs. The place sleeps up to 12 people. Spacious (110 sqm), exceptional for large families, enjoyable in every season, perfect for parties, trips and reunions. The space The apartment is 110 square meters and is outside the historic center, so it is not in the ZTL (which includes the entire historic center of the city – watch out for fines, and parking is almost all paid!) and guarantees a free parking space since it has an external courtyard of private property (with right of passage for the neighbors, so the vehicle must be parked in such a way as to allow it). In winter the house is very warm and cozy while in summer it is cool. The apartment guarantees tranquility, intimacy, proximity to essential services, the internet connection that we know is important for those who are away from home, a parking space that is always free, proximity to the center but with clean air. The house is anti-seismic. The apartment can be reached either by car or by lines 22 or 22/ that pass alternately under the house every fifteen minutes. The center of Terni is easily accessible by bus in just 5 minutes. By car you will be 5 minutes from the city center and the main sports and music venues, the stadium, shopping centers and cinema. Essential services — supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, pastry shops, bar, bakery, restaurant/pizzeria and florist — are just a 1-minute drive away. The hospital is a 5-minute drive (4.4 km). You will be a ten-minute drive from both viewpoints of the Marmore Waterfall. Guest access The apartment is entirely reserved for guests. The external courtyard is privately owned, but the neighbors have the right of way, and therefore you must park your cars, or the vehicles with which you travel, in order to allow regular passage. We only have one neighbor to give way to, and the house is very quiet. Other things to note The tourist tax (MANDATORY BY LAW) is €2 per person per day for a maximum of two days (REGARDLESS OF THE DURATION) to be paid in cash upon arrival at the property.
