THE LOCATION, THE LOCATION, and THE LOCATION—those are the 3 criteria that made me choose this house, 80 m from the Arago market and 200 m from the beach. You will have other criteria for coming to spend a vacation in Les Sables, but I recommend looking on G***** Maps: Rue de la Poudrière: Pause Sablaise. Everything is provided for surfers: - Beach return shower - Rinsing bin for combi - Lock tube with keypad The space This "Pause Sablaise" house at 19 Rue de la Poudrière, is located less than 200 m from the surf spot!!! less than 3 min walk to the big beach. Top-notch services, even the end of stay cleaning is included in the price (which is not the case in all listings) . It sleeps 6 people comfortably . The house of the 19th "pause sablaise" within 3 minutes walk (309 steps!!!) from the large beach and the Remblai, all refurbished, with high quality equipment: 3 bedrooms with good bedding, 3 showers (including an outdoor "return from the beach" shower, very convenient for surfers), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, schmidt kitchen with granite countertop, the old masonry barbecue has been advantageously replaced by a premium 57 cm Weber barbecue, plancha Forgeadour electric, south-facing garden, terrace with removable shade (disassembled in winter).... . As you can see on the photo of the plan, the house is in 2 parts connected by a wooden pontoon (IPE from Brazil) great for everyone to live at their own pace (less practical for very young children, but a baby-phone is available on request). Pillows (with pillowcases), duvets and blankets are available. *****If you don't want to bring a lot of stuff, I can rent you bed linens (15 euros) and towels (3 euros) per person.***** Guest access The whole house is yours, possibility of arriving at any time of the day or night (key accessible in a built-in tube with digicode). Check-in and check-out times to be agreed together. Flexibility on minimum number of nights (excluding winter and school holidays) Other things to note I often ask what improvements could be made to make this house "the best of the best"... I have taken into account many suggestions... (you will find the list in the binder giving all the explanations)... Except one: that of putting a radiator in the separate toilet... The door, the closing hook and the porcelain of the bulb are original... from the 1950s!!! It's deliberately for contrast with the modernism of everything else. You have been warned.
