New and bright house located in a residential area that is quiet all year round. Close to the shops of downtown Vaux sur Mer (market, pharmacy, bakery, bar, hairdresser...), the shopping area of Val Lumière (Intermarché, Grand frais, Sport 2000, Casa, Boulanger...) and the beaches of Nauzan and Pontaillac mainly. Many restaurants line the coast. Beautiful walks by the sea can be done from the house on foot or by bike. The space The house consists of: A bright 48 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen. An entrance with storage cupboards One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed One bedroom with a 140 X 190 cm bed Two bathrooms with walk-in shower Two separate toilets A pantry A garage of 20 m2 with washing machine and two-sink sink. Outside: an 8 x 4 m swimming pool surrounded by a large 110 m2 wooden terrace. At the back of the house and on the side: grassy area with clothesline. Two parking spots on the grounds. Linens and bath towels are not included in the rental. The beds are equipped with mattress pads, pillows with protective covers and duvets. If you don't want to bring your fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases, I offer my bedding and bath linens. This service is 25 euros per set and 10 euros per set of bathroom linen (a glove, a hand towel and a bath towel). The house is to be left as clean as you found it.
