Villa Rosano is a charming, restored 16th century Tuscan farmhouse located in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. The estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, has its own sunset facing swimming pool. The house is self catering but we can organize chef rental Guest access The most sought-after activities in our area are: relaxation; visits to the estate cellars; tastings of estate products (wine & olive oil) and other specialities; hiking; sightseeing; tourism & gastronomy. Upon arrival, guests receive a « Welcome Pack » with sightseeing suggestions and other useful tips for their stay. We invite our guests to take a tour of our cellar and taste our wines. Other things to note Our prices include house linen, utilities and VAT. Tourist tax of €2 per pax per day is not included; it is payable at the check out in cash. Maid and cooking services are available at an extra cost upon request. Central heating costs (required only during the winter) are charged as an extra (at cost of 5€ per mq2) and paid separately upon departure, according to meter readings.
