You have the entire property to yourselves, complete with stunning views of Joshua Tree National Park. 📍 Arrival & LocationEntire Place: You have the property to yourselves. As the owners, we use the home monthly, but we are highly allergic to pet dander—please, absolutely no pets allowed.Groceries: The town of Yucca Valley is just a mile down the hill, featuring a Von's and Stater Brothers. House Rules: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and unregistered day guests are strictly prohibited. Outdoor quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.🏊 Pool, Hot Tub & Smart LightingThe home is equipped with smart exterior lighting and a pre-programmed pool and hot tub system, designed so you can sit back and relax. Hot Tub Operating Hours:April through November: Runs automatically nightly from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.December through March: Fully electric, which takes hours to heat in winter. On days with extreme snow/heavy rain, soak time may be reduced to 3 hours. Please reach out if you have questions!Safety Note: There is a fence around the property, but no child-safety fence around the pool. Three different doors lead out to the backyard; please keep a close eye on children. There is no lifeguard on duty. Kitchen & DiningThe kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and complimentary coffee.Appliances: Double oven, electric stove, dishwasher, filtered-water fridge/freezer, and a new washer & dryer. Coffee Station: Drip coffee maker, French press, Chemex, and toaster.Music: Enjoy the Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen (passcode is on the bottom of the speaker). Entertainment & ConnectivityWiFi: Strong and reliable, easily accommodating multiple working adults. TVs: Three TVs in the home. The living room has a Roku TV, while the bedrooms feature Smart TVs with Hulu and some DVDs.Relaxation: Unwind in front of the indoor fireplace after a day of sightseeing.🏜️ Important Desert TipsWater Conservation: The desert water system is fragile. Please be mindful of your towel use. Fire Pit & Fireplace: You can use the outdoor fire pit, but please Check San Bernardino County Conditions as strict no-burn restrictions are frequently in place. Indoor fires are permitted.Pests: We perform regular indoor pest control. Please do not bring pets, as chemicals can be dangerous to them.🤝 We are here to help!We want to make your visit exceptional. If you encounter any issues at all, please let us know right away so we can make it right. Guest access You will have access to our 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Please park in the driveway. There is no access to the "little house" located adjacent to the home. No RV hook up to the house utilities or additional guests to stay in Rv's on-site. We charge extra for more than 3 guests. Other things to note The hot tub takes 3-6 hours to heat depending on the time of year. So we have it programed for optimal use. 5-11pm nightly. Replacing the plastic bubble solar cover is imperative after each soak. Replacing pool cover nightly will ensure a warm pool the next day, when available. There is an additional $100 daily fee to heat the pool this must be requested at least 3 days prior to arrival. The pool is heatable when the ambient nighttime temperatures are above fifty degrees. The hot tub and pool will not heat at the same time. No motorbikes or other vehicles/ride on's on the side yard. Outside music should be kept to a minimum as sound travels on the hill. If you plan to go to Joshua Tree National Park, search: "JTNP fee pay" to check visitor status, prepaid cards that can shorten the line to get in.
