There is not a full kitchen, but there is a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave. Relax in the media room, do yoga-(yes we have mats for you), play board games, or just enjoy the tv. Utilize the office space with a printer and two full-size desks. The office also has a twin bed. There is also a pack n play available for the tiniest dawg fan in your crew that loves that red and black! We provide high speed internet from ATT U verse, a blu-ray player to sign in to your Netflix account, and of course free wifi. We'd love feedback on how we can make things better! Also, 2 kitties live upstairs, if you are allergic, this is not the space for you! Guest access You will come around the right side of the house along the lit path to the backyard. You have your own private entrance to the entire basement suite, private bathroom, kitchenette, fenced backyard, and patio area. Please park in the cul-de-sac. We may allow early or late check-in based on availability for a $75 fee Other things to note This is perfect spot for game day! Close location, safe secure neighborhood, and brand new amenities! Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the east-side of town. The east-side offers many delicious restaurants that are just a few miles from our house. Italian, pub food, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Soul food and more, but without the crowds of downtown! The State Botanical Gardens of Georgia is also only 2 miles away, which includes beautiful gardens, hiking trails and a cafe. World of Wonder park is just down the road and is a playground your kids will never forget! And we are only a short 7 mile ride to downtown. With little traffic, this drive or Uber/Lyft ride takes at most 15 minutes. Most folks who visit Athens do so to visit the beautiful college campus and the adjacent downtown area with its bars, restaurants, and music venues. We are always happy to recommend our favorite spots!
