Penthouse with breathtaking views

Bright apartment located in the heart of Sevilla’s historic center. The private and sunny terrace is perfect to enjoy the impressive views to the Cathedral and Alcazar which are just 2 minutes on foot. All the interesting areas to visit are walking distance. You will find countless tapas bars around the apartment, I'll be so happy to suggest you my favourites! Despite on being in the center, at night it's absolutely calm and quiet. The space The apartment is located within a XIX century building which has maintain the original facade and the high roofs after renovating it with the latest technology: Domotic, parquet flooring, lifts, marble for communities áreas… All of this make the apartment very comfortable and new despite of being inside of such a historic building in the heart of the city. The apartment is a bright, 70 square meters penthouse with a 60 square meters private terrace with astonishing views to Giralda and Cathedral… You can contemplate the Giralda from the couch inside home! Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, microwave, bread toaster, pans and pots… The apartment has a travel crib available if needed (with its thin support, no additional mattress), as well as a highchair. Guest access The building consists of a 3-meter entrance door to the building that must remain closed at all times. To access the penthouse there are stairs and an elevator. There is an electric doorman with video to open the door from the attic. There is a common clothesline to hang sheets and large pieces of clothing, in addition to the drying rack of the apartment. Other things to note We have implemented strict security and cleaning measures in prevention of COVID-19. Our protocols are at your disposal. Do not hesitate to ask for further information. Access to the apartment can be made after 16:00, although we will be happy to receive our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the departure time at 11:00 can be extended with possible additional cost, provided it is compatible with subsequent reservations.
