Trafalgar Apartment - Heart of the North Laine

Insta: Trafalgarlaneapartment Two double size bedroom apartment, situated in the heart of the vibrant & lively North Laine area of Brighton and a 2 minute walk from the train station & 15mins stroll to the seafront - perfect for friends, couples & families. The space The maisonette apartment is across two floors and situated above the excellent 'Coffee 33'. It has 2 bedrooms - one with a king size bed and one with a king size zip link double. This can be either be made a double bed or two single twin beds. There is also the option of a king size double sofa bed in the lounge. Please state when booking if you are a group of 4 but also require the sofa bed. There is an additional £25 linen fee for this. Netflix and fast wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fresh tea and coffee etc. Fresh linen and towels are provided, fast WiFi, Travel Cot, High Chair are available. We charge an additional £25 per booking for dogs, £30 for maximum of two. Where possible, I always try and accommodate bag drop off/hold if you are arriving before the checkin time & leaving later in the day. When this isn't possible, there is an handy bag storage 4 doors up from the apartment - "CitySpareSpace Luggage Storage / Trafalgar Street" which we recommend. The location is just minutes from everything Brighton has to offer including the seafront, Brighton Palace Pier, i360 and all the wonderful independent shops & cafes. We are also a 5 minute walk to the following language colleges - Bellerbys, Brighton Language School, Shimaguni, ISE School & Embassy English School. Guest access You have the whole apartment to yourselves for the duration of your stay with your own private entrance.
