SoKno Retreat Close to Downtown, UTK, Neyland

A peaceful, quaint, and laid back area of South Knoxville that will let you relax and getaway. A short 10-15 minute drive to the airport. It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and UT so you can experience all downtown has to offer or just go to the games. If outdoors is more your thing it is only about 5-10 minutes away from I C King Park and 10-15 minutes away from Ijams and the greenways both places offer the finest biking and hiking trails. The space The SoKno Retreat is a very cozy two bedroom, one bath house. The entire house has been updated from all new plumbing to complete bath and kitchen remodels. The house has a fully furnished kitchen which is wonderful for long stays or just a over night getaway. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two has a queen bed. There is a bathroom in the middle of the hall in between the two bedrooms. Living room has a 55" tv with a fire stick which the guest will have access to a variety of apps on the fire platform. If that’s not your style, we have a sitting/reading room that has a desk and can be used as an office. At SoKno Retreat, we pride ourselves on our guests’ experience. We understand that having a clean and sanitized space is part of that experience. We want to ensure all guests, that in addition to the extensive cleaning standards, we have recently doubled down on disinfecting and sanitizing our homes and have added an O3 generators after every guest so that we know our homes are as safe as possible. wifi name and password is on table in the living room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the basement. Also guests have access to the entire outside of the property. The house has a smart lock so guests will not have to keep up with any keys as well as plenty of parking in the driveway. Other things to note This is a house located in a neighborhood so please save the parties for the bars. There are plenty in this college town! Please keep noise inside after 10PM. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside. If smoke is detected upon cleaning, a fee of up to $500 for extra cleaning will be charged. Parties are strictly prohibited. We have outdoor surveillance equipment that allow for us to monitor number of people and noise, and our policy is to have the police kick out parties with absolutely no refund from Airbnb. The guest who books must be present during the stay, unless special circumstances have been approved by the host prior to the stay. Per house rules, extra guests not disclosed in the initial booking will be charged with our normal extra guest rate of $25.00 per guest per night, or could be asked to leave with the possibility of cancellation and no refund. The rental party shall consist of primary guest and stated number of guests as indicated on the Airbnb Reservation Details page. Primary guest is responsible for his/her guests. People other than those listed in the Guest(s) party number may not stay overnight in the property. This reservation is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Homeowner Responsibility/Liability: SoKno Retreat is privately owned; the Homeowner is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Please double check for all of your personal belongings prior to departure. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to the property.
