13 yrs of rentals and still nearly 5 stars! On 1st floor, steps to parking in back, with laundry 2 doors down. Elect-secured doors, two sep. patios in lockoff style studio suite. Kitchen fully furnished, full size appliances, + add'l mini-frig and micro and coffee pot in the king suite side. There are 2 full baths with 1 bath having a 6 foot soaker tub. Out the back entrance towards parking area and NOT in picturesque view from patio is supermarket, liquor store, Starbucks, McDs, and Subway. The space All Sales Tax, Lodging, and Short-Term Rental Licenses are posted on site or available online from owner. The fabulously central first floor location of our condo within the resort building put you steps from laundry, a building entrance from the parking lot, and an elevator which brings you up a floor to the following: a family entertainment room, a game room, several shops and salon, the front desk, and the restaurant, bar, and gym, racquetball, pool, 4 hot tubs, and the sauna and locker room. Our remodeled condo has a new (6/2019) queen hideabed to accompany the queen (new Beautyrest dual-cool innerspring mattress 12/2022) Murphy bed in one room, with a fireplace, full kitchen, dining area, patio, and full bath with a 6 foot soaker tub (a rare upgrade in the building!). The other room has it's own King bed (ALSO with the same new mattress12/2022, in Cal. King), full bath, patio, sitting table, mini frig, microwave, and coffee. Both rooms have wall mounted Amazon Fire (new 2021), one 43", one 39". Guest access There are two racquetball courts in our fitness area, where the state of the art leased workout equipment is. Also there are two outdoor tennis courts on site. The 4 hotels (two indoors, two outdoors) and the indoor/outdoor heated pool, are converted and rebuilt into SALTWATER pools and tubs!! The grand opening was 11/1/24. C'mon out the saltwater pool and tubs are phenomenal! Other things to note Self serve coffee and snacks and essentials for sale, and a salon and a couple other shops as well.
