Cob Cottage, Devon/Cornwall border, quiet location

Description

This is a 200 year old cob cottage with lots of wonky walls and doors! The whole house is covered in wood chip wall paper.. I kid you not! I’m slowly updating the cottage while trying to maintain its character and homely feeling. There are 2 working fires, the main one being an open fire in the living room of which you are welcome to use. While I’m not advertising the property as suitable for infants this is only due to not having stair gates, bringing your own pressure fit gate is welcomed The space Pyworthy is a lovely quiet village with a play park and grounds just 2 mins walk from the cottage. A quick 15 minutes drive to the beaches of Bude and 25 minute drive to Dartmoor. The town of Holsworthy (closest shops and supermarkets) is 5 a minute drive. There are plenty of attractions nearby many free of charge and great for those who love the outdoors. Walks a plenty, beaches, bike rides, horse riding, water activities and more all within reach. Guest access All areas apart from the garage.
