Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty. The space Located in a quiet country setting, our house is 15 minutes from Notre Dame. The room includes: outside private entrance, private bedroom, bath, kitchenette, and living room. (Close to South Bend/Mishawaka, Elkhart, Granger and Osceola) Kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, microwave, oven, coffee, fridge. Guest access Feel free to walk the trails in the woods, use play area in the back yard, use basketball hoop, use fire pit. Other things to note This is a great space at a great price. Enjoy nature and quiet but also close to town. WiFi.
